Gay Life Coach Reviews

I LOVE the Center!! I’ve received great (free) business training there and often drop by to just hang out, catch the wifi and rest in a safe space between mtgs as I’m running about town. I appreciate the flow of LGBT folk from all walks of life that come through for services, support and rest.

A wonderful all inclusive organization that gets better and better decade after decade. The Center is always looking for new and improved ways to serve the community… The new location is just one more example of that…

As good as it now is, it’s only getting better! Join now, enjoy the camaraderie, the events, the classes, the services at our now facility, and be there when we expand to be able to do oh so much more together.

What do I say about the great Gender Health Center? How do I make a review so positive that it reflects how beneficial this place truly is? I’ll try, and here goes…

Growing up and struggling with finding who you are is tough, especially when those around you don’t understand. Having an outlet such as the GHC helps you sort out who you are, what you’re going through, and helps those around you better understand.

So nice to have an organization like this right here in the world. Doesn’t matter who you are or how you identify, you’re always accepted here. The LGBT community here is very fast growing and this is just the right place to reach out!!! Highly recommend

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I will never be able to thank them enough for playing such a huge role in my life. My personal experience has been amazing. Would highly recommend.

Many times GHC is the first place, or only place, that people can come to for help. My very first transgender hormone prescription was through GHC before getting transferred to the VA. My first session of Gender Therapy was through the GHC. My first transgender friends were through the GHC. Not only did they help me understand what I was going through, they reminded me I wasn’t alone.

Wow. Just wow. Sounds like Heaven on Earth if you wanna know what I think. Thank you Lord. We need an MCC in #Cumberland Md and I’m praying that one day I’ll be able to stand at the pulpit and tell the congregation my testimony and just how good God really is after all!

Although I don’t use GHC much for my transition services anymore, they are still a valuable resource as they offer free legal services, help with name changes, respite care, and so much more. Give them a call, check them out, and help keep this great organization rolling strong for generations to come!

The LGBT Community Center is one of the premier city non- profits delivering high- level services to our city’s rich, diverse LGBTQ+ population. Its embrace becomes ever wider with its welcome of more and more community partners. I’m grateful for my involvement with this organization of focused, committed professionals. Thanks

This organization race baits, makes disparaging comments, and degrades its members. These views are condoned and encouraged by the owner of the facility Ben Hudson. Many members have left ghc to seek out more professional organizations. Be very cautious when accepting any treatment, care, or any form of business with this place. There are MANY other places that you can get help, and do not need to come here. There are safer places for you to go.

I heard nothing but positive and compassion regarding the counselors and the many daily groups for practically anyone in any community. It is my hope that the barriers of division wane and all proud to say “I am a human being”. That’s all that needs to be said no matter race, culture, ethnicity, sexual habits, with anything one able to express ourselves in a positive manner.

I was always told that I was special instead of telling me that I am accepted the way I am when growing up in Southern Mississippi. Then there was the name calling and accusations of things that I had never heard of let alone experience. I had to go to the library to find the definition of homo. So I was marginalized by my peers early on and when I became an adult and proudly out, I was marginalized by the gay community because I did not have a desirable or acceptable body type. When I moved to California the marginalization became more apparent in the GLBT community.

I have heard that the Stonewall Project is actually a community one could be comfortable by just being a human being with a socially unaccepted and unhealthy addiction. I’m gonna give it a try after 61 years of marginalization and unacceptance.

LGBT Center is a patient, open-minded business consultant who really took the time to listen to my individualized concerns. He introduced me to the helpful idea of partnering with other businesses, so I could expand my referral network and grow. In the future, if I ever decide to sell related products, I trust I can turn to Jeff to help me overcome any obstacles I might face.
