Continuously amazed at the shift that’s taken place and continues to take place in my life since coming to know this Atlanta coach. Previously having held the belief that I was defined by my anxiety, depression and personality disorder, I’ve come to see with her assistance that those parts of my story were in service to my awakening in the present. She holds a safe, non-judgmental, loving place in which you can express the change you want to see in your life and then shows you how to own and actualize those changes. I have been working with Alice for a few months. I researched life coaches in Atlanta for some time before I decided that Alice was quite possibly the type of professional who could help me achieve my goals. I have seen counselors/therapists in the past and felt that my growth had reached a standstill. After my 30 minute consultation with her, I felt spurred on to set up a month of sessions. There are a few factors that made me feel secure that I had made the right choice. Because of her educational background (PhD in Psychology), I felt confident that we could continue to uncover the roots of behaviors that I wanted to change, and because of her Life Coach credentials I felt positive that she could help me enact the changes that I wanted to make therefore helping me reach my desired outcome/goals. Five months into my coaching sessions, I can honestly say that I have made some important changes in my life that have resulted in actual growth and forward movement. As I continue on my path of change, it is hard to imagine how I would have gotten here without the help and support of her.

If you have gone down a more traditional route of counseling/therapy and felt a sense of “OK i know WHY i do things the way that I do or think the way that I do, but now what?
