Dan is an excellent coach! He is dedicated, passionate, reliable and supportive. He gave me clear guidance on my nutrition and fitness to help me reach my goals. And in the gym, he pushed me to do more than I thought I could, and even though his work outs were tough, we always had fun. I would highly recommend him.

I’d never done any coaching before…. But I’d also never grown, delivered or cared for a newborn baby either. With my little Bub getting bigger every week, I was lifting and carrying all the time and needed to learn how to do it safely and get my strength back. So I joined this program.

Mike and Sophie are the perfect pair for the job. Mike helped me to understand my body with nutritional advice and regular exercises designed to strengthen the core. With each station he helped me to get my posture right, pushed me to reach my full potential and corrected me when I needed it. Sophie is such a loving kind and gentle carer and always greeted my little darling with a big smile and genuine interest in his latest development. We celebrated new teeth, learning to roll, to crawl and clap together. I felt comfortable leaving my son in her capable hands while I focused on my fitness.
