Like anyone else lacking motivation to exercise and stuck in a rut the thought of joining a coaching program is terrifying! I bit the bullet and joined and within my first week of joining was asked if I wanted to do an eight week challenge. I said yes with a huge hesitation! I am so thankful that I did. I first met Kelly purely by chance when she was filling in for a friend tending bar and I happened to stop in for a beer. We had a very pleasant conversation during which I found out she was related 2 friends of mine from my softball-playing days. It wasn’t until a year or more later that we connected on facebook, trading comments in response to post by a mutual friend. And from there I realized she was a health & fitness trainer/coach. After several weeks of trading messages back & forth with me asking questions about her program and her answering those questions, I decided to sign up and get moving again.
