I’ve been working out for years and Let me tell you the workout I did at jeremyscottfitness was intense yet so effective. The class had a lot of diversity and also many different age groups. Jeremy was able to provide a full boot camp style workout to meet everyone’s needs. People motivated you to continue and it was just a great over all experience. I would recommend this gym to anyone it doesn’t matter where your fitness level is at, his gym allows you to go at your own pace because we are all on a different fitness journey.
I started here a few months ago and I have definitely felt a huge difference in my body, strength, energy, and diet. The coaches here not only watch you and push you to progress every week, they also recommend good eating habits and help build motivation. Their energy is unbelievable and the workouts are lots of fun. I wish I could stay here forever. All types of people, of any age, and of any size are welcome. You won’t regret it!
Jeremy Scott Fitness has it all – amazing and knowledgeable staff, a positive community of go getters, a friendly judgemental free environment, and workouts that are fun and get you results! I am new to working out – and not a spring chicken – so I was frankly worried about keeping up in the classes. Daniel & Sarah made me feel welcome and helped me to modify the routines in a way that still challenges me, but not to the point of injury. I’ve been using the My Fitness Pal app & have been able to effectively reduce my overeating without feeling hungry. The classes are at convenient times and close to my home. Highly recommend to all; young & less young, fit & less fit, guys & girls alike!
I have been a member of many coaching programs, but none of them like this one. I absolutely love this coach! They run things differently here, they keep you motivated, they make working out fun! You get a fun and efficient work out in 1 hr. You feel the soreness and see results quickly. I look forward to coming here every day, even on weekends. Which is something I’ve never done at other programs. The staff is amazing!!! They are so caring and friendly! My only regret is not checking this place out sooner.
Amazing! Head to toe inside and out education, wisdom, passion to keep all those with goals motivated! I enjoy the workouts and the program I did in January. Going to try it again this August!! The podcasts are phenomenal. I am a cut to chase, don’t sugar coat it and give it to me straight type person and you will get this with Jeremy Scott. I recommend him all the time.
Daniel and Sarah provide incredibly high caliber, high intensity work outs in a short period of time (important for those of us who don’t have an hour plus to spend every day at the gym). I’m in and out in less than 40 minutes and I’m seeing results faster than when I used to live in the gym.
What a great experience. Every coach is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares. They all make you feel like your goals are their goals and will do whatever it takes to help you get there. If you have a gym membership elsewhere, quit and move to Hardcore Fitness. You will not be sorry. What an amazing experience. I started at Hardcore during one of their fitness challenges and when it was over I signed up as a member. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Kudos to the entire Hardcore Fitness team! Oh yeah, did I mention that they make it FUN!!! I have always hated going to the gym and now I actually look forward to it!
They cater to all levels of clients and ensure that everyone is pushed hard enough to see results but always in a safe way. Attention to form and safety is always paramount to slogging through an exercise or lifting more weights or doing more reps. In addition to providing you with incredible workouts, SMFBBC provides classes in flexibility and nutrition to round out the offering. Last, but not least, SMFBBC is creating a community of dedicated students and it’s fun to be a part of that. Everyone I’ve met there is incredibly friendly.The bang for the buck and the results-to-time-spent-exercising are off the charts!
