Here is everything you need to know about how a life transition coach can support you:
What is a life transition coach?
A life transition coach is a trained professional who can support you along the many twists and turns that life takes and help you transition through challenging or difficult situations.
What does a life transition coach do?
Your coach is someone who can help you deal with challenging changes including:
1. Career – Whether you have been laid off or are burnt out in your current role, your coach can help guide you towards finding your dream job.
2. Divorce – If you and your partner are no longer going to share a life together, fear of the unknown can feel overwhelming and your coach can support you through this.
3. Death – If you have just lost a spouse, relative, or someone close to you, your coach can help you grieve and move past this situation gracefully.
4. Midlife-crisis – If you feel as though you have lost your sense of self and no longer have meaning in your life, your coach can guide you to rediscover who you are and what you want.
5. Relocation – Whether you are moving to another city, state, or country, having to re-establish yourself can be difficult and your coach can aide and assist you through this process.
6. Retirement – Reaching an elderly age can be a difficult moment in ones life as you begin to contemplate death and the meaning of life. But it can also be an opportune moment where self reflection allows you to determine what you want to accomplish before you go and a life transition coach can support you through this.
7. Children – As a parent, a life without kids may seem a bit strange since you have devoted a good portion of your life to raising them and now may find yourself wondering what you should do with your life now.

Life transition coaching reviews
This coach helped me tremendously when I was having anxiety a year ago I learned how to deal with a lot of different things throw this site and it helped to know there were people out there with they same feelings I had everyday I deal with different situations but I’m learning to deal with them a lot better I want to thank all of you!!!
Yasmin is extremely sincere and caring in her work. She is very knowledgeable and helps in a variety of ways: nutrition, confidence, and overall physical and spiritual wellness. Her cheerfulness, positivity, expertise, and drive will definitely help you lead the life you love Guaranteed!
Having known the founder of Life Transitions for many years I have seen what an amazing job she has done with the coaching organization. This service adds and enhances all of her hard work in other areas. It has really helped so many people in so many ways. I think it has been especially important for people in regional areas that may not have the same access to services as those in a city and who can feel isolated and alone. This page and its services help those people to feel that they are not alone and that there is help available. Thank you Steve the founder, the staff and volunteers who work so tirelessly to not only keep this service going but create a friendly, respectful community here.
The support from Sheila is amazing. When you’re feeling like the world is falling apart and I can’t see or speak to my GP, psychologist or psychiatrist I know that she is there. Many a time I have just chatted with a coach about…nothing in particular just to keep me going, to feel less lonely, to forget about whatever is happening. It was her coaching that assisted me, and encouraged me to go to a support group. We found 2 in my area. I am forever grateful to my family and friends who suggested her to me.
Rachel is so kind and so generous. She is very knowledgeable! What’s so refreshing is her thoroughness, that’s a rarity I feel. She gave me new insight and I felt as if I could tell her anything regarding myself, and that there was never an ounce of judgment. How amazing. I Love her, and I love her work. She worked with me where I was in my life and I never felt pressured to be something or do something more. I only felt encouraged from an honest expert.
At last a coach who has been there and understands my life transition situation! Try and explain to anyone (including family) and you get responses ranging from “pull yourself together” to
“oh my god,is it contagious” and “I don’t want to hear this” and let’s not forget the well worn” there’s plenty of people worse off than you”. I have counseling available but feel that I need the support of people who have been there but can’t find any group support in my area. This service has helped thanks very much!!
Ron has given me the chance to understand my anxiety and have given me access to many resources so that I can better manage my stress and anxiety they have given me a chance to communicate without being judged and no matter how silly I think I’m being when i ask a question they respond in a caring manner without the support for my anxiety would be a lot worse because of him I am not as anxious as I used to be when I leave the house.
This is a wonderful organization who not only helped me tremendously with my anxiety disorder but I have also witnessed how it has helped countless others through recovery with excellent guidance with understanding and compassionate care, it gave me the strength to return to work and once again function in society, Life Transition support groups are a integral part for individuals like myself and without their help I would have been lost and unable to cope. I highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with anxiety disorders to reach out to them!
