MY PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

Generally speaking, most people struggle in their life for the following 8 reasons:

1. Negative beliefs

Your entire life is run off of your beliefs. Whatever you think about yourself or the world is like a program running on autopilot in the background. If you are not getting what you want from life, chances are you have some negative beliefs that are not serving you.

As your coach, I will help you identify these beliefs and change them.

2. Unresolved emotional issues

Happiness and fulfillment can only be experienced once your emotional well being has been put into balance. Very often, you will experience traumatic situations that (when gone unresolved) will manifest into depression and anxiety.

As your counselor, I can help you heal any old traumatic events.

3. Lack of structure and discipline

Managing your time wisely, getting things done, and being productive is all about having structure and discipline. If you find yourself not meeting your expectations, chances are you need to work on this.

As your coach, I will hold you accountable and teach you tools to be more disciplined.

4. Analysis paralysis

Feeling stuck and not moving forward in life is the result of lack of clarity and indecision. Very often, people think they have to figure everything out for themselves and get stuck in their head trying to do so.

5. Poor self confidence

Life is all about having standards about what you believe you deserve. If you lack self confidence, chances are you will settle for less (career, love, health, money, etc.)

As your coach, I will help you build your self esteem and confidence so you can go after what you truly want and stop settling.

Setting and achieving goals is about being very specific about what you want and having a clear vision for your life. But being specific means that you can no longer drift in the world of vagueness.

As your coach, I will challenge you to be more specific and stop drifting.

7. No accountability

It’s easy to give up on goals and dreams when you are not accountable to anyone. This is why so many people never lose weight or get the job they really want.

As your coach, I am going to be tough on you and hold you accountable.

8. Lack of motivation

It’s easy to be motivated to do something when you are “feeling the pain” of not having what you want. But what happens when you begin taking action and things get tough? That’s where most people lose their motivation.
