Here is everything you need to know about email life coaching:
What is an email life coach?
An email life coach is someone who can support you in accomplishing your goals via email making it easy and convenient for you to get the help you need.
It is a partnership that you enter into with the coach where your job is to show up and make an effort to explore who you are and what you want.
Once you have identified your objectives, their job is to guide you from point A to point B by guiding you along the journey.
Because they can support you via email, this makes it easy for you not only to respond when you have the time, but you can now keep a thread of your discussion (like a journal) so you can go back and read what you and the coach wrote.
What does an email life coach do?
Your coach will ask powerful questions that help reveal things about yourself that will bring out your desired result.
By reading your words, they will be able to uncover hidden beliefs and thoughts about yourself that you may be avoiding.
Because everything is being written down, the coach now has the opportunity to point things out about yourself that make it easier to identify.
During this process, your life coach will…
- Help you get unstuck and find clarity when you may otherwise feel confused or lost
- Empower you to make better decisions that serve your best interest
- Support you in overcoming your fears or lack of belief in yourself
- Help you increase your self awareness and gain a better understanding of yourself
- Provide you feedback on how to improve in certain areas of your life
- Challenge you to push through adversity and challenging situations
- Inspire you to do your best and not settle for anything less than what you deserve
- Get to the root cause of what is holding you back
- Hold you accountable increasing your chances of succeeding

Email Life Coach Reviews
I have been working with Lisa for several years now. I have Complex PTSD from trauma experienced during childhood. After establishing a rapport with her, we went into my trauma. She uses a technique called EFT tapping with me, where acupressure meridians are stimulated in the body during the session paired with statements about the traumatic event. Because of the nature and timing of my trauma, I had blocked out parts of my experience. This method is effective because it taps into the physical blockages which occur as a result of the emotional blockages. Therefore, if I cannot remember a part of an event, it can still be addressed through this method.
In addition to being my coach, Lisa has become a dear friend. I value her opinion on my journey and I admire her. She has done the work herself and stands in her truth. She is kind and gentle, but also gets to the core of the issues while providing a physically and emotionally safe place to do so. Thank you Lynda for being both a mentor and healer to me. I have tremendous gratitude and appreciation for you in my life
Lisa Romano is an amazing teacher. The amount of insight, knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained in the past 4 weeks is priceless. The a-ha! moments keep coming. She’s a lifesaver and a life changer.
I reached out to Carrie to find clarity in my life. But our sessions uncovered so much more. Carrie helped me discover where I needed to focus during a time of big life changes and confusion. Carrie is caring, invested and very committed to your goals in life coaching. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Even caregivers need help. Seek support from family, friends, or a professional. As renowned shame and vulnerability researcher Dr. Brené Brown says, “Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” This vulnerability is what brings us together. By sharing with others what you are going through, you will likely be able to connect more deeply and feel less alone. Make a list of people or activities that you enjoy and that don’t diminish your energy. Reach out and ask for a coffee date, a movie, or a phone visit. Tell them what you need by asking, “Do you mind if I tell you what’s going on with me?”
Sometimes we just have to let go and allow whatever is meant to be to be. Trust that it will all work out. It just may not always look like the way you pictured.
