I can’t believe the changes I felt in the first few weeks. Swapping out simple things like what flour I was using, and my sugars had such a huge effect on me almost immediately it seemed. In the first week I was down 6 pounds and 4 inches! I just did my 7 week measurements this morning and I’m down 15 3/4 inches!! 9 3/4 of those inches being from my under bust, waist and lower abs. Crazy!

I’m feeling great! And when I’m sticking to the swaps I feel very confident. I can now taste how sweet some of those “treats” really were that I was eating before, and now they taste TOO SWEET to me.
I will admit I have my slip ups, but I’m trying to remember that it’s all about balance! I only have these slip ups when I skip a prep day and then don’t have readily available healthy snacks. I also find if I don’t have a sweet treat on hand, then I am more likely to cave and have an unhealthy treat. I may need to work on my self control I love this program because I don’t feel restricted! There’s some great alternatives to the yummy treats I like, and the meals are so flavourful!
